3 year old Ammon bore his testimony in church for the first time today. He said "I know that Heavenly Father loves me." He didn't want to leave the microphone. As I carried him away he exclaimed "I want to do that again!" Everyone laughed. A lot of people were touched by his simple, heartfelt testimony of God's love. My children set an amazing example of faith to me. I am strengthened by Quin's solid faith in prayer, inspired by the look in her eye when Ruby gazes at paintings of the Savior, and touched by the sweet and simple prayers Ammon hurriedly volunteers at dinner time when the prayer isn't being assigned quickly enough.
My children push me farther on my spiritual path of progression than I ever could go alone. I truly appreciate them for that.
